  • One session, every pace group: set a rider cap per pace group inside a single session, with live “X of Y spots” chips — no more duplicating the same ride for every group. Full groups waitlist automatically.
  • RSVPs that tell the truth: a “maybe” now gets a one-tap “Still in?” nudge the morning of the ride, and leads see a real headcount — “12 confirmed · 3 likely — plan for 12–15.”
  • The Drop, upgraded: check-in streaks (“that's 4 weeks in a row”), offline check-in that syncs itself when signal returns, and an at-a-glance waiver flag on the lead's roster before roll-out.
  • Know what you're in for: pick a pace group and see its plain-language description plus an estimated time for that group on that route — before you commit.
