Terms of Service

By accessing or using ReadyRoll (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

ReadyRoll is a club management platform for cycling and running clubs. You may use it for lawful club administration purposes only. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Member data

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your club members before entering their personal information into ReadyRoll. Do not enter data you are not authorized to process.

3. Waivers

ReadyRoll facilitates digital waiver collection as a convenience. We do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your waivers meet local legal requirements.

4. Payments & billing

ReadyRoll facilitates dues and event fee collection through Stripe. We charge a 1.5% platform fee per transaction (0% on fundraisers), deducted before funds reach your club. An annual platform subscription fee ($5/member/year) applies after any free period ends.

When you enable Stripe payments, your club becomes the merchant of record: your club name appears on member statements, and your club is responsible for PCI DSS compliance, refund policies, and payment disputes. ReadyRoll will notify you by email if a dispute is filed; you must respond within Stripe's deadline (typically 7 days) or the dispute is automatically lost.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will notify pilot clubs of planned maintenance.

6. Termination & data export

You may cancel at any time. Upon request, we will provide a full export of your club's data in CSV/JSON format within 7 business days. We retain data for 30 days after cancellation, then delete it.

7. Changes to these terms

We will notify pilot clubs by email at least 30 days before any material change to these terms.
